Le Cygne, Camille Saint-Saëns

This famous work by Saint-Saëns was originally composed for piano and cello. This arrangement for solo guitar uses the tremolo technique to imitate the bowing of the cello and the bass movement of the piano. In the second part of the piece, the tremolo stops and is replaced by a very lilting arpeggio writing.

This arrangement was inspired by the one made by guitarist James Bishop-Edwards.

The score is available in standard staff and tablature.
